Membership
We discussed the possible items to be able to provide to supporters club members and also items that we could potentially sell to raise funds, these included open training, bring a friend and a look around the ground which will be confirmed with the club, birthday cards, Christmas cards, supporters badge, key ring, trolley coin.  It was requested that committee members think of other possible items.

Fundraising
After discussing with the club the idea of a flag for the centre circle it was decided that we would not be following up on this idea at the moment.  We are in the process of purchasing flags and poles for the teams entering the pitch. We suggested that we could raise funds for training equipment, and for the academy and cestria but ultimately will speak to the club to find out where they may like us to spend money or raise money for.
We will be arranging a Q & A event in the future, Lee will speak with John to arrange guest and date/time.  We re-visited the idea of being able to provide away commentary which Lee will speak to John about.  Everyone was tasked with providing ideas to fundraise for and events/items that will provide fundraising opportunities.

Admin
Accounts spreadsheets will be presented at the next meeting to give everyone an update on where we are financial terms.
Membership cards will hopefully be printed and presented at the next meeting.
