Meeting Minutes

Membership
Two styles of text was used on membership cards, thin type was preferred.

Fundraising
Flags and poles are paid for.
It was agreed we should purchase a card reader – Lee will speak with Stephen and June for advice.
It was agreed we should purchase a badge maker to be able to sell badges.
Everyone was tasked with providing ideas to fundraise for and events/items that will provide fundraising opportunities.
Mentioned on the day were Q&A, Sports Quiz, Band, Sponsored Walk, Golden goal
Any member of the committee can sell memberships.
The club advised they are happy for us to sell/fundraise on a match day, we could have a table to sell items.
The club advised we should hold on to funds for now but a couple of items they may be interested in are a mobile shop and scoreboard.

Admin
Accounts spreadsheets will be presented at the next meeting to give everyone an update on where we are financial terms. Christmas card design was approved.
Lottery proceed forms need to be completed and returned.
